FUTURE has been the topic recently. many people talked about it, discussed abt it. few days back, i was also chatting wit fadilah abt our future. and two days ago, while classmates and i were studying, we suddenly talked abt it too. some plan to work, some plan to further their studies after graduate. i cant really see my future yet. still thinking to further my studies or work? thank god i still have one yr to think before i graduate. but i knw i cant run away from that. i need to choose between one of them. argh! i hate when it comes to making choices. i suck in it seriously. but i wont forget the 10k goal! HAHA! i took a break from all my books today. didnt study at all. haha! i guess i need to work doubly hard tml. so i did a little research. topic? karma. haha. actually wanted to post it yesterday. but due to my tiredness, i didnt. have you ever wonder wat's karma? we actually use that quite often. and is after we have said or did sth bad. (i normally do that) but do we really knw wat's that? okay, here it goes... The Pali term Karma literally means action or doing. Any kind of intentional action whether mental, verbal, or physical, is regarded as Karma. It covers all that is included in the phrase "thought, word and deed". Generally speaking, all good and bad action constitutes Karma. In its ultimate sense Karma means all moral and immoral volition. As we sow, we reap somewhere and sometime, in his life or in a future birth. What we reap today is what we have sown either in the present or in the past. We ourselves are responsible for our own happiness and misery. We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate. i'm jus curious and this is wat i've found from the net. this is how powerful internet can be. when in doubt, it's jus one click away. haha! but all are so true. we reap what we sow. my apology for such a post.. |
