Weekends always pass in a blink of an eye. true? however, i've truly enjoyed this weekends! :) indeed a fruitful one for me. meetup wit my girls for dinner, pool and basketball on friday. After dinner, we went for pool session. ang, fadilah and i won this time round! haha! ...we started our battle again! the loser have to treat the rest of us. haha! and guess what? ang, fadilah and i got free beancurd after our game! which means.... we won again! i forgot to mention the girls lost to yang's bf and two other kids. they thrashed us. :( but they played really well given their such young age. a penny for thought. how will you be feeling if you were to meet your primary school peeps after 10 yrs? will you be wondering how each of them have changed over the yrs, thinking if you still remember them?? it's rather surprising to meet after so long but not only tat, even the teachers are present on saturday. cool. hahah. i'm glad there's this gathering but was kinda reluctant to go initially cos i'm afraid it will be very awkward. however, i'm happy i've made the right choice. i went. and it turns out to be great! seeing each other after so many yrs and trying to figure out each and everyone using the class photo which was taken ages ago was really a funny thing. after spending some time doing that, we finally went for our late lunch. chit-chat here and there. and it made me realised something...the guys can really talk. non-stop. haha. after lunch, the guys suggested going for pool session. so we joined them too. but i left around 5 plus.    i should have posted the then photo too. compare and contrast. HAHA!then, headed down to meet joel for movie (transformer) at dhoby. he bought the tickets at 6 but the earliest time slot was 9.30pm.. i was kinda shocked cos there were so many slots. and yet we got such a late one. we didnt know where to go so decided to visit cheryl at nat geo. and we have walked the entire vivo yesterday. i'm serious. the whole of vivo. haha! cos we jus dont have a place in mind to go. we went back dhoby when it's abt time. and i came to realise that he actually bought the tix for 1st row! and the movie lasted 2.5hrs! cos the show was jus so great that i didnt even bother if my neck is aching. haha! we cabbed home after movie. :) will we meet again in 10 yrs time? |
